James D. Cornelius, President

Previous to founding Cornelius & Company, James ”Dale“ Cornelius held senior-level positions in both the education and software industries. Prior to that, he designed and led professional development seminars in communications and technology at McKinsey & Company, the management consulting firm. Dale began his career teaching middle school English and later taught high school technology. He received a B.A., in English, from the University of Wisconsin, Madison (1994) and an M.A., also in English, from Middlebury College (1999).
